If you live in the United States, fill out the form below and include your order number in the message to get a free return label. Otherwise, print and fill out a Return/Exchange Form, package it up with the items you wanted to return or exchange, and mail it to us.

Please note: Some products are final sale, including Mystery Grab Bags and Gift Bundles. We can't accept returns or exchanges for final sale products or the items in them.

You can use our Order Lookup tool to track your order immediately! If it’s been over 3 days since your tracking status has changed, please fill out this form and include your order number in the message.

Please note: International orders do not allow tracking at this time.

Orders that do not include New Designs ship out in 1-2 days. Orders including New Designs ship out in 7-14 days.

We currently ship to over 50 countries! If you cannot select your country when checking out, fill out the form below and we will let you know if we are able to ship to your address.

If you placed an order at a convention, it will ship out around one week after the end of the show. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please fill out the form below and we will look into your order!
